Thunder Bay Historical
Museum Society

Special Events

Join us at our Presidents' Reception in early January, our Taste of History in the Autumn, our Haunted Halls in October, a Victorian Tea in late November or early December, and for special dinners, fashion shows, and exhibit openings.

The Thunder Bay Historical Museum Society hosts a great variety of events, often featuring excellent music, dancing, and entertainment. As always, the food is terrific. In 1998 the Society sponsored an Antiques Appraisal Road Show which, through the help of experts from Waddington, McLean & Co. of Toronto, allowed people from Thunder Bay have their antiques and collectibles appraised. It was so popular that it has now become an annual event.

To take full advantage of these and other events, become a member of the Society and you'll receive advance notice of and invitations to events.
