Do you have a professional skill or service you’d like to contribute in support of heritage, culture, and community? The Thunder Bay Museum welcomes in-kind contributions that help us complete essential projects, maintain our facilities, and improve public programming.
We’re currently seeking:
- Skilled trades (e.g. carpenters, electricians, masons, landscapers, painters)
- Professional services (e.g. legal, architectural, design, translation)
- Creative support (e.g. photography, graphic design, marketing, media editing)
- Specialized fabrication or conservation assistance for exhibit and artifact projects
These contributions are voluntary and help us stretch limited resources to deliver maximum community impact.
Please note: Under CRA regulations, charitable tax receipts cannot be issued for donated services, but we’re happy to publicly acknowledge your contribution and explore alternative arrangements (such as invoice-and-donate-back options, or recognition as a project sponsor).
What we offer:
- Public recognition (e.g. on our website, social media, or project signage)
- The opportunity to support a meaningful cause
- Collaboration on specific projects aligned with your skills and interests
🔧 Join our community of makers, fixers, professionals, and visionaries — and help bring local history to life.
