This is a Variocurler, a perming system made by Olivia Garden in Belgium. They were first released in the 1980s and sold to beauty salons. The package consists of an instruction booklet, multiple braces, retainers, and rods that were used to create the hairstyle. The Variocurler created multiple different perms that are featured in the instruction booklet provided.
